Took my Pacifica in for an Oil Change

. Mr. Raleigh was the Service Advisor. I have not been in this dealership before. So to keep me coming back he said he would give me the first oil change for free. I can't do better than that. So I'll be back. Also a free car wash. There was a gentleman there with a Truck that has the same recall my dually has. He was unhappy that all they did was weld the steering linkage together. I discussed it with Mr. Raleigh, I have read other forums and it has been my understanding that is all they can do. Mr. Raleigh confirmed that. I will be bringing that in for an oil change in a few days. This past weekend I had a Def error come up. I may need a new Def pump which should be under warranty. So far I have been happy with the free oil change and the discussion on the steering recall. I have been very pleased.
