We bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee back in May of 2014 from Waxahachie Dodge

. It was a great experience back then. At the time we were encouraged to by an extended warranty. We chose to invest in a lifetime warranty. Fast forward to May 2020. We had our Jeep in for check engine light being on. The gentleman that helped us was Vince Whitaker. We also had some other warranty work done since we had the lifetime warranty. Vince turned the bill into the company that has the warranty. They wanted to void the warranty! Vince went to bat for us with warranty company. The end result is our warranty is reinstated and the the work done was covered! Thanks so much to Vince Whitaker. With that kind of customer service who do you think we will buy our next car from? Vince took such great care of us

My husband and I bought a certified pre-owned Jeep Compass from a different dealership in a different city a couple of months ago, and we immediately began having a mechanical issue with it (surging and almost-stalling here and there). That same dealership tried to fix it three different times without success. We decided to try our luck at this location in Waxahachie.
